Driving Assessment
We are able to offer a service to solicitors and case managers to be able to assess their clients and provide the relevant reports.
To conduct an assessment we need to have all the relevant information relating to the client and their disabilities before the assessment can be undertaken. The assessment process can last up to a day depending on the client’s difficulties.
Getting back into a car can be quite tense for the client so assessments are carried out from the client’s home which also allows us to look at their home environment. This also means that they start driving in an area they know. We can carry out assessments away from the client’s home by arrangement, for example at a rehabilitation Centre.
Our driving advisers and Occupational therapists are highly trained and most hold the Cardiff University / Bond Solon expert witness qualification as well as our own internal training.
